June 14th, 2009 was a very important day for the Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. This marked the date of our inaugural Rock-n-Reel fundraising event which celebrates the children who suffer from IBD and their families. This was our biggest event so far and featured many different opportunities for the whole family to enjoy. Like in years past, we continued to pamper our families at our beauty shop but the party was full of fun new activities like arts & crafts, interactive games and a sports bar to name but a few. As IBD affects not only the child, but the whole family, we are committed to providing an event everyone will want to attend for years to come.

It is on this day that we also take the opportunity to honor and thank those individuals committed to moving The Pediatric IBD Center one step closer to finding a cure and changing the lives of children suffering from IBD forever.
